Order Processing and Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. When pre-ordering, the shipping date is mentioned on our website "SHIPPING FROM..." means that the shipments will be insured from a specific date, which will continue several days after. The delivery time once the shipment is made is about 5 to 8 working days.
They are shipped via USPS Without Signature or Relais Colis, with a tracking number as soon as the package is handed over to the Post Office. Packages can also be shipped via another transport provider and delivered without signature.
Our shipments are insured by an external warehouse. MOON is not the sole sender of the packages. Please note that the packaging of our products may vary from those visible on our site depending on the destination country of the package.
The shipping costs are free for every customer worldwide. On the other hand we do not deliver the the caribbean.
We recommend you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Some items may be shipped separately.

Concerning the changes of addresses, thank you to warn us 24 hours maximum after the passage of your order if not we will not be able to guarantee you the change of address. You have 14 days to cancel your order. If you receive a damaged package please contact us by email and we will send you back an undamaged package.
